I started Physician UX Inc. because I lived the problem every day.
As a practicing physician and former medical director at a community health center, I saw how much time, focus, and energy was being drained by administrative tasks — and how little the existing systems seemed to care about the people using them.
I didn’t want technology that just checked boxes.
I wanted something that truly supported clinicians: helping us document smarter, think more clearly, and stay focused on what matters most — our patients.
Physician UX (User eXperience) was built out of that need.
Not built by a corporation far removed from clinical care.
Not built by someone observing medicine from the sidelines.
Not built by tech entrepreneurs without real-world clinical experience.
Physician UX was created by someone who still sees patients, still writes notes, and still believes there’s a better way to care for both clinicians and patients.
It was built from inside medicine — by someone who knows what it feels like to balance patient care, documentation, and the demands of modern healthcare.
Real change — the kind we truly need — won’t come from outside.
It has to come from within our profession.
I believe in that, and I built Physician UX to support every clinician who feels the same way — those who want a system that works for us, not against us, and who believe that better care starts with empowering those who deliver it.
Sincerely,
Dr. Parthiban Munnainathan, MD, CPE
